Our Lady Appeared



OUR LADY APPEARED

Due to the countless miracles accomplished through our Lady Appeared the Saint was declared patron of Brazil.
It was in 1717 that some fishermen of the river Paraíba found in the fishing net the image of our Lady of Conception, without head.
They threw the net again and, for their surprise, instead of fish, the saint's head came. They wrapped everything with very care and placed the discovery over a corner of the boat. From this moment on everything became different. The fishery that till there had had been unsuccessful, when they threw the net again the fish was so much that the boat almost turned with the weight.
Finding strange the event, but believing in what had happened, they dedicated that fishery and the following to that Lady they baptized of "Appeared."
Starting from the confirmation that the discovery was a Divine sign, they enthroned the Lady, a chapel has been dedicated her and today the Lady Appeared has millions of followers, not only in Brazil but all over the world, that believe in the powers and in our Lady Appeared virtues, too.

HEALTH

Mine Our Lady Appeared
Help me out in this big affliction.
I barely give a step and soon I get tired.
I cannot go up stairways or slopes.
The doctor says that it is my heart
I say that it is my immense fatigue
Of life that never granted me any peace.
